Delivery

We use TNT or Royal Mail next day delivery service for all UK deliveries, where possible. All delivery charges are based on weight. Please note – surcharges are applied for highlands, channel and offshore islands, AM & Saturday deliveries. Please contact our sales team to confirm the charge if any of these apply.

STOCK ITEMS

All orders for stock items received before 12pm Mon-Fri will generally be dispatched the same day, however in our high season (Oct-Dec) orders may be dispatched the following day. Orders received at the weekends will be shipped on a Monday with the exception of a bank holiday weekend when Tuesday dispatch will be applied.

NON-STOCK ITEMS (incl. motifs and bespoke items)

Our sales team will give an approx. delivery date on receipt of order

RETURNS

If you wish to return the goods you must return within 10 working days from the day you receive them. Please include a copy of the delivery note with the returned items. If the item is faulty we will endeavour to repair or replace where possible or a refund given if preferred. We do not refund returns postage costs unless the items received were faulty in the first place or an order was sent out incorrectly.
